Limited Review Certification
Listed entities under SEBI (LODR), 2015 must undergo quarterly and half-yearly reviews to ensure financial results are accurate and compliant. We issue Limited Review Reports (LRRs) that give assurance to regulators, boards, and investors.
These certifications confirm that grants, aid, or donations are utilized strictly for their sanctioned purposes. They provide a detailed account of receipts, utilization, unspent balances, and adherence to funding conditions, offering vital assurance to donors, funding agencies, and government departments.
For corporates covered under the Companies Act, 2013, CSR certification validates that mandated spending has been met in accordance with approved policies and Schedule VII activities. It captures details of approved projects, unspent CSR amounts, and transfers to designated funds, assuring boards, shareholders, and regulators of full compliance.
AUP reporting delivers scope-driven reviews for specific requirements such as debtors, stock counts, creditors, or loan covenant compliance. These reports present factual findings without forming an audit opinion, making them a flexible and tailored assurance mechanism for regulators, lenders, or clients.
IPO-bound entities are required to obtain multiple SEBI-mandated certifications covering disclosures in the Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) and Red Herring Prospectus (RHP). These certifications ensure accuracy, compliance, and transparency across governance, related party transactions, capital structure, net worth, IPO proceeds utilization, and comfort letters instilling confidence among regulators, exchanges, and investors.
These are focused certifications issued to meet the specific needs of regulators, banks, or investors. They cover a wide spectrum including net worth, turnover, FEMA compliance, STPI registrations, PLI scheme validations, and political donation certificates. Special purpose certifications provide targeted assurance required for compliance, approvals, or incentive-linked schemes.
